Hi, I'm Jeanene M. Durham, your personal and virtual assistant.
 
Helping others is my passion...

I am a native of Alaska, transplanted on the East Coast for over 20 years now. I am the proud mother of seven and grandmother of 11 to date.  I enjoy spending time with my family, writing poetry, nature, and I am obsessed with music and chocolate.  I love to see people smile; so, if I am able to put a smile on someone's face it fills my heart with joy. 

 

I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 20 years; from call center to administrative assistant to personal concierge. I am a published author and love crafts and DIY.

The Concierge Queen, LLC is a family-owned business founded in 2010. We pride ourselves on assisting individuals and small businesses with errands of various types.

I have learned a lot on this journey and am still learning.  I decided to use what I've learned to assist small businesses, busy professionals, and senior citizens with the daily, mundane tasks that they may not be able to do or that eat up their time to do what they really want or need to do. As long as the task is legal, ethical, or moral, I will assist.    

 

Helping others is my passion. I know the struggles of maintaining a healthy balance in life.  If you are a stay-at-home mom or dad, a 9-5 employee, student, or business owner, it can be tough to get everything done and still have time for the things and people you love.  The Concierge Queen, LLC offers services that can help to create that healthy work/life balance.

Organized and Efficient

The Concierge Queen is a valuable resource for me.  I am the CEO/Head Credit Counselor of my credit counseling firm and I pull long hours. Because of the assistance of The Concierge Queen, I am able to handle my business and not worry that I am not able to accomplish all of the things on my to-do list.
