Hey Royals! It's Jeanene...The Concierge Queen!

Hey Royals! How are you today? I must say that today is a great day for me. Why? Because I am meeting you!

You are probably saying, “Ok…but who are you?”

Well, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jeanene Durham I am a native of Alaska that has been transplanted on the East Coast for over 20 years. I am a serial entrepreneur, mother, grandmother, author, a lover of life, and I am obsessed with music and chocolate.

I thrive on the love of my family and support of my friends. I love to write poetry, to paint ceramics, and to dance.

I am a military veteran and attended college at University of Alaska Fairbanks (my hometown by the way). I have a background in Maintenance Scheduling (which I did in the military), customer service and Billing. I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 20 years; from call center to administrative assistant to personal concierge. I have worn many hats, but entrepreneurship fits me better. I joke sometimes and say that, "I am the best boss I ever had"! Lol!

I began my entrepreneurial journey...

...about 14 years ago as a network marketer, which I still love to this day, and soon after started my own daycare. Being a stay-at-home mom, I had to find something to do that would allow me to be home with my 7 children.

I have learned so many things over the years and with my love for helping others, being a concierge (personal assistant) just made sense. I have enjoyed every moment of my business since its inception in 2010. I decided to add virtual assistance to my business in 2020 so that I can help even more people and businesses.

I am also an author. I have written 4 poetry books and 1 novel that is soon to be published. I love writing, it is cleansing and healing for me. There are some things that you can’t form audible words for, so when I have a lot to say, I just write it.

I am extremely family oriented...

My children are my oxygen and the reason I do nearly everything I do. They are my muses and inspire me on so many levels. When I feel like giving up and throwing in the towel, one of them will come to me and give me a word of encouragement and may not even know it. I love, love, love my kiddos!

That’s pretty much me in a nutshell. I am a hard worker, lover of a challenge and have been accused of being a perfectionist. Lol!

I love what I do and treat everything I do as if I were doing it for myself. I do my very best to treat everyone like royalty and if I don’t I find a way to fix it.
