Hey Lovies! Whatcha readin'?
I must confess, I have not been reading much lately. I have actually been writing. Working on the second book in The Queens of Richland series and poems have been coming to me.
Anyway, I was reflecting the other day and I thought back on the first ever review I received for one of my books. It was for Queens Bleed Too and as I have said so many times, my poems are for my healing. They are raw and may come off to others as all over the place, but it is how my heart feels at the time.
Nevertheless, here is the review. I pray that I have matured as a writer and poet since then, but if not, so be it. I do have an audience and I can't stifle the words of my heart because one person or persons can't relate.
This is a short entry. Just wanted to share this because it was on mind. Stay tuned for more poetry, novels and more from me. I thank each of you for your support and belief in me!
